Liberty Gathering, LP

In April 2005 Ceritas acquired approximately 30 miles of high pressure and low pressure gathering assets in Liberty County, Texas. These assets were acquired in the name Liberty Gathering Company, LP and are operated in the name Ceritas Gathering Company, LP. The system currently delivers gas into Enterprise Products (Channel Intrastate) at the South Raywood meter number 01-6346.
